Esoteric contemplation requires the practitioner to sit comfortably to contemplate for 30 minutes a day. Consistency with the sitting practice is consistency with realising what is personally meaningful. 

Esoteric contemplation is the practice of returning to an analogy - given in a simple description - to help us relate to our immediate experience. There are two you can choose from:

Learn the Fire Contemplation. 

Learn the Beloved Contemplation.

During the practice a drama, daydream or distraction may appear, causing a break in the contemplation and even amnesia of what one is doing. If the appearance is sufficiently problematic, details of the event can be taken as the subject of a dialectic contemplation in order to resolve the problem and its repetition.
